TERMS & INFO

Babies are free of charge if carried in a sling. All other children require a child ticket.

For non-walking babies, baby slings or carriers are advisable.
Please note parents remain responsible for children at all times. Children must remain under supervision and we kindly request no running.

All Children under 14 years of age require a child tickets, children 14 years of age and over require an adult Ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable and not to be resold.

Buggies should be kept in the buggy zone areas and not taken into any of the arenas as they would be a is a trip hazard. Buggies must be parked at your own risk.

Music is kept at safe levels in line with our risk assessment guidelines. Bring ear defenders if you wish.

Expect Child-friendly club lighting in a festival style environment.
By attending you give permission for Proper Family Fest to take photos and videos of the event for the use of press. If you see a photo you wish to have these taken down please contact us via our Facebook page or Info@properfamilyfest.co.uk.

Tickets are non-refundable in the highly unlikely event that the show is cancelled through an ‘act of god’ (for example extreme weather conditions) or government ban on public gatherings should any pandemic occur. Should this happen we will endeavour to offer a new date at a later date but should this not be possible, tickets would be non-refundable as the event has already been paid for prior to the date of the event, by purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to these terms and conditions

BAG RESTRICTIONS

Baby and changing bags are permitted at the Festival.

All bags will be searched on entry to the Festival

WHAT TO BRING / THINGS TO REMEMBER

Check out the latest weather before you leave for the event

We would advise clothes for any weather eventuality – hat, sunglasses, rainwear, warm clothing

Free Water is being served in plastic cups by the bar

Bring enough cash and/or a cash card (keep it safe!) – We have many cash machines onsite, all of which accept all UK debit cards – some of the machines will also accept all International & credit cards. We also have trained engineers onsite to manage these machines – please ask them for assistance if required. A fee will be charged to use the machines.

Bring ID if you look under 18 in order to be admitted to the festival. You will also need ID if you want to buy alcohol and look 25 or under (This is standard procedure).

Medication – If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. We’re not doctors, please be understanding if we question what you’re bringing in as it is important to prevent drugs getting in to the festival. Plus, tell your friends of any allergies you have.

Photographic equipment is permitted provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only

You may bring camping chairs if necessary due to long standing periods (some seating will be provided).

You are not permitted to bring soft drinks or water in the festival. You are permitted to bring empty bottles sized 500ml or less to use at water refill points inside the festival. Empty plastic sports refillable bottles over 500ml are permitted, metal ones are not.

ID & CARERS TICKETS

For carer tickets please contact info@properfamilyfest.co.uk by sending them your valid adult or child Skiddle reference number and also proof of carer ID

BUYING ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO

A challenge 25 policy will be in place for all alcohol and tobacco sales on site. If you look under 25, we will need ID from you or we cannot sell you a drink/tobacco.

The only accepted proof of age documents will be:

A Passport (Not a photocopy)

Driving Licence

A Ministry of Defence identity card

A National identity card issued by an EU member state

A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram

FOOD & DRINK

Strictly no food / snacks unless for dietary requirements

No drinks will be admitted on site unless they are a dietary requirement.

Please don’t bring any alcohol or glass containers/bottles of any sort.

If your child had food allergies, you may bring food into the Festival.
